Walked in and talked with the receptionist, who was very polite. She gave two papers to fill out and a electronic pad to fill out the required information. Natalie came and we went to patients exam room, told her the problems I was having with my skin. Shorty Kelly John, we discussed my areas of concern. She starting treating me with liquid nitrogen on about nine different spots. Gave me a couple of samples, and ordered a prescription for my scalp. Great Practice, excellent staff. I would highly recommend them.
